The Spa at Auberge Beach

Is there anything better than going to a spa with a friend or your significant other? I mean short of adding one of every category of service to my itinerary. What could make my spa experiences better? I enjoy sharing experiences with others a lot, I’m that person who asks if there’s a plus one available. At the spa it’s nice to relax and be open together. Enter Kelly Saks asking me to join her on an outing to The Spa at Auberge Beach in Fort Lauderdale. Yes, please!

It’s a trek to Fort Lauderdale from Miami but I promise it’s worth it. Here’s another area where going with someone is better, now you have company on the drive up! Everything about this newly opened property is impressive. The natural design elements remind me of the 1 Hotel in South Beach but also the modern luxury of the Edition. If the spa and restaurant are this nice, then the residences at Auberge Beach must be such a dream. It’s hands down the nicest place I’ve ever been in Fort Lauderdale, definitely the nicest beachfront.

The spa of course has a steam room, salt room, and a sauna to enjoy at your leisure before or after your treatment. Our massage took place in a warm sand bed of quartz which was a completely new experience for me. It was soothing and revitalizing and we felt great heading into our lunch at Dune. It’s always nice when a spa has a great restaurant on property. Lush spa, beautiful views, beachfront access, and food & drink…checks all the boxes for me. Perfect place to make a day of it with a friend or partner.
