Summer Beauty Tips With Ulta

It’s summertime and you wanna be summertime fine without a pound and half of makeup on your face. I mean, that’s how I feel at least. I went to get my hair done and I know my stylist likes to take photos of her work when it’s done. That’s fair, but I’m not always trying to have a full face on to go to the hair salon.

I didn’t wear any makeup, but I packed a few things just in case she asked. I knew a little prep would keep me from feeling sorry later. As soon as she asked for a photo-op, I grabbed my makeup bag and powdered my face with BareMinerals. This creates flawless and even coverage.

Filled in my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills’ brow pomade. This lasts longer than the pencils so it’s a better buy and it has great definition. When I go for the I’m not wearing makeup look I like to glow. Like I’m sun-kissed. That’s where Becca’s Skin Perfecting Illuminator comes in for subtle luminosity.

Last but not least is a swipe of Tarte lip tint. Gives that “just bitten” I’m a little flushed vibe. It’s the final touch in my 3 step, “I woke up like this” look. This all took about 5-10 minutes. Saved me from looking washed out and exhausted to her instagram audience of 32k.
