Booking a staycation in Miami is hands down one of my favorite activities. Birthdays, celebrations, for no reason at all I love it. When The Staycationers invited me to be a guest on one of their Miami hotel stops of course I said yes.

Celine, Chris, and I started the day with fresh Bumble & Bumble blowouts at 1821 Salon on Miami Beach. They slayed my hair, it never looked better the entire time I rocked that style. After the slayage it was time for lunch. We hit up Bodega for taco time. We had our way with almost everything on the menu and just like that it was time to check in to Washington Park Hotel.
We did a quick change upon arrival into our swimsuits and prepped for the sun with our handy dandy Birchbox. Their Complete SPF Kit is full of all the tools one could need to look good and being safe in the Miami heat. WPH has such a cute retro vibe, I’m not particularly coordinated so I didn’t last long at table tennis. I tried! Moving on to drinking cocktails poolside, which I’m really good at. Nailed it. Celine is the cocktail master and she nailed it making drinks with Avión’s Reserva 44 Extra Añejo Tequila.
After poolside drinks, it was time to retire back to our room and prepare for the evening. All dolled up for the night we set out for dinner at Byblos. I love the intimate and glamorous decor and the food is even better. The cocktails, the food, everything is to die for. Highly recommended. All in all, this little stay touched on all my favorite things, thanks so much to the ladies for letting me tag along.

Hah, I’m on a staycation as we speak and can’t agree more! A staycation is so hazzle free and you don’t have to do all the traveling involved in an actual VAcation. Judging by your post you had a wonderful staycation and that’s a destination I’ll consider when I head over to Miami for sure 🙂
