The best thing about my new neighborhood is the hidden gems that are becoming my regular go-to hangouts. There’s so many places to choose, from the FIRE taco spot across from my building to the beautiful Ironside community a few blocks away. With all of these great hidden gems, you can only keep them a secret for so long! I went out for brunch and for an excuse to try a new Viniq Shimmery Liqueur flavor, Glow, at one of my favorite new places.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area, Iron Side pizza is a BYOB restaurant, which I thought would be the perfect opportunity to have a few cocktails, completely under my control and at a great price point. BYOB is pretty great, because you can get exactly what YOU want to drink. I decided to take advantage of the opportunity to bring my favorite cocktail, Viniq Glow Bellinis of course!
Recreate the Glow Bellini at home with this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Viniq Glow
- 4 oz Champagne
Method:
- Chill both ingredients before serving
- Build cocktail in flute and enjoy!
Viniq Glow is a blend of juicy peach, golden apricot and notes of radiant blossoms, premium vodka, and moscato. We mixed our Viniq Glow cocktails with a little champagne for a bubbly Bellini style cocktail. The swirls are the best ever aren’t they? Look how the bottle shimmers and swirls in the sun. I love all these great new things coming together to make the perfect chill vibes Saturday.

Thank you to Viniq for sponsoring this post. As usual, all opinions are my own.
