In my last Deliver Lean post I said that I would try to do an “unboxing” video. I actually did it! Which is 1/3 of the reason this post is late. I had to learn to use a whole new video editing program (on my not so new MacBook Pro) so I kept putting it off. Of course once I sat down and actually did it, it was super easy…which duh…that’s the reason I wanted iMovie in the first place. Anyway above you can see me really getting into my Deliver Lean delivery. It ended up being the last delivery in my trial review. I must say service was excellent, food was always delivered on time. There was never a day I opened my door wondering where my food was whether I arose early or late. The food was always fresh and delicious, I shared some with my boyfriend as well and he was really impressed. He didn’t have high expectations about something you had to reheat but everything tasted delicious. It was like having the meals prepared fresh in the kitchen.
My entire goal in agreeing to try Deliver Lean for these two weeks was for healthier eating. I wasn’t aiming to lose weight or anything, I don’t even have a scale in my home so I wouldn’t know if I did. Definitely nailed the healthier eating goal. With portion control, lean protein, the right kind of high-quality complex carbohydrates (always a weakness of mine), fresh fruits and vegetables you can’t help but be on the right track. Not to mention all meals are approximately 400 calories, something you can see in my video above. The meals are all prepared “clean” – with limited dairy, sugar and salt and preservative free. To me this would be perfect to achieve weight loss goals (just in time for the summer) paired with healthy exercise. You know that you’re eating well, giving your body exactly what it needs. No need to go on some crazy restrictive diet plan, Deliver Lean has your back.
As I mentioned in my last post, don’t forget you can get 2 Days Free with the purchase of a 1 month plan ($7.95 per meal. 3 meal minimum per day).
