[…] you know during Fashion Week, I attended Elettra Wiedemann’s pop up restaurant Goodness. In my gift bag there was a tube of this mascara. I knew the one from Vogue was on it’s way […]
GOODNESS pop-up restaurant was conveniently located right across the street from Lincoln Center. Basically the perfect refueling station for either your choice of something healthy or more decadent. My best friend and I of course went for decadence because we’re totally gluttons. We’d originally planned to arrive for breakfast but by the time we were done chatting with Elettra Wiedemann the brains behind the operation in the press area we’d missed breakfast. It looked amazing, I definitely regret not being able to return to try it out for the remainder of the pop-up.

Above you see Elettra with a Radley London tote bag (one of the best totes, I received during NYFW. *peek inside*) and withBen Towill, of The Fat Radish. He prepared the menu Christine and I chose.

September 11th was my last full day of NYFW (sorry I’m doing my posts out of order, I still have show stuff to post) so I went casual with my look and decided it was a “blue hair” kind of day. Anyway we ordered Goodness with a touch of Badness. You get two picks from each section (i.e. appetizer, main course, dessert). We picked the Summer Pea Pie, creme fraiche & mint as our appetizer, the Fat Radish cheeseburger with duck fat chips and house pickles as our main, and for dessert a Blueberry Eton Mess. My pictures of the dessert didn’t come out well on my camera but I also took one with my phone. Check it out on instagram!
Our portions were MAJOR, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t make the brilliant decision to share. I really hope Goodness makes an appearance during Miami Swim Week next year because I’d love to see what the local chefs would bring to the table.

My fav tote too! I’ve been using it as my laptop bag :)
Ha! It realy is shockingly thick and durable that I’d totally trust a laptop in there.
P.S. I wish we’d taken photos of our own outfits everyday so we’d have them. There’s like not really anything from these aside from the Teen Vogue pics which I have to mail you.
I know!!!! I just naively thought out of the hundreds of photos we had snapped of us, we’d have at least ONE outfit pic per day. That’s really all I wanted :(. I’m upset we don’t have any full-body shots of our Filthymagic dresses from Day 1.
P.S.: I’m hoping the Teen Vogue shots you took of me look pretty large! I’m holding out for it to be my next twitcon lol.
Mhhhhhmmmmm Duck fat chips! That food looks so yummy!!
Qu guay el pelo azul!
(:
i like the concept of the goodness, badness menu. i’m pretty sure i would have been like 90% badness and 10% goodness, lol. :)
The menu looks amazing, I totally would have chowed down at this place too :)
I think I’ve said this before, but I absolutely LOVE the blue gradient hair. so nice!
and those portions look ridiculously huge. sharing food is always the best bet for me cause I don’t have a big appetite.
How much meat is in that burger?
I find all the food in America huge. Damn. Smaller portions would mean that I could eat more variety.
I’m a fan of eating a variety also! #innerfatty
No clue to be honest but there’s no way anyone person should have that much red meat in their tummies. Totally gross.
I love your pictures. Everything looks so pretty & tasty! It looks like you had a great time.
