These photos are old (taken in September see lack of Purple hair, which I’m currently obsessed with again) but I’ve been meaning to post them to kind of show off my Jeffrey Campbell Clinic’s. Which once I acquired I wore them for like 2 weeks straight I’m sure. I gotta stop doing that.I think I took these as soon as the shoes came in because I’m dressed so casually.I have a back log of things to post because I keep going to events and then needing to post the photos quickly so regular posts have been getting left behind. I still have more outfit posts coming and events like Ann Taylor, Glamour Mag, blah blah.
Anyway the story behind these shoes ugh. I ordered them from Lori’s Shoes months ago during a sale. I was really excited as they’d be my second pair of JC’s ever and were still relatively new. Well stalking UPS tracking online I noticed that they’d been delivered. My face fell…someone had stolen them from outside my door while I was out. Lori’s Shoes gave me a refund after an investigation but I really wanted the shoes, since I’d gotten them for such an excellent price. They no longer had them available and everyone else had them for full price. After that I kind of had a stigma about paying full price for them. I would continuously look at my neighbors feet to see if any of them were wearing my shoes haha.
I managed to find them on eBay eventually for a reasonable price, still more than I’d gotten them for at Lori’s but less than full price and still new. I love them. I’ve had a girl yell out her car window while driving that she likes my shoes. They aren’t very high and they’re super comfortable they they give the illusion that they’d be difficult to walk in it seems because I’m constantly asked about that. Another thing is my boyfriend likes them. Whenever I’m being indecisive about shoes he’s like oh why don’t you wear those ones with the mirror. Haha.
Wearing: H&M leopard print tee, Aritzia leggings, Jeffrey Campbell Clinic’s, Aldo double finger pyramid rings, Assorted necklaces from Guess and Forever 21

I am in love with your leggings!!!! I’ve been wanting a pair of leggings/pants with leather panels, but every time I stumble upon a pair at h&m, they’re always sold out in my size. It’s always like the last one and a size 8. Debated buying the ones that you linked me, but with bottoms, I always have to try them on (weird legs).
Adorable rosary necklace! I bought that top in the army green :D. Cute face is cute in top pic!
Totally know how you feel about paying full price. Just discovered that shopbop had the mariel suede on clearance for $61. Now I REALLY don’t wanna pay $120 for them.
This is an awful thought, but I’m imagining your neighbors skulking around before going out hoping that they don’t bump into.
Also, I’m really glad you got them and told me that they’re a comfy fit, so I finally got them after about a year of being on the fence. Co-signing that getting compliments is wonderful :3.

I love stories about getting things that we sought after…and still love + wear! Those shoes look so good on you. They are very much your style, I’m so glad your story had a happy ending (if there weren’t pictures included in the post haha).
Did you get those rings sometime last year? I have them too from Aldo!

That is terrible. I order a lot of stuff online and I’m CONSTANTLY paranoid about stuff getting stolen out of my mailbox. I realllly love the Clinic’s, I kind of wish I had them myself. I found your blog via Lookbook and I really like it.
