Throw It In The Bag

Do you know how important a nice carry all bag is?! During the day, I just need a big bag…I have my camera, my portable back up battery, a few lipsticks (you know I need variety), a mini notebook, blah blah you get the idea. When Angel Reinares reached out to me to send me a one of their luxury leather goods, I immediately gravitated towards the Cabernet Tote in Brandy. It’s functional but still looks well crafted.  The creamy accent stripe is a nice touch and allows more versatility in choosing what to wear with the bag.

Often when I load up my bag like this, I get tired of carrying it on my arm. The tote has a removable strap  to support my weak upper body strength. It seems I’ve found my new everyday bag. Perfection.

I met up with my friend Erika for lunch at Nespresso on Lincoln Road, and as soon as I got into the car she was asking me about my bag. That’s the kind of action I like from a luxury piece. It’s understated but makes a statement. I think the next piece I have my eye on is the Bobal Satchel (pictured above) in black. It’s a great shape. I love the patch of texture and the red inner lining just feels very luxe.
