We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, but we also know how much of a struggle than can be. Something so easy, so crucial to our health and it’s often forgotten by the wayside. Instead of water, we find ourselves drinking everything but. Accountability is a hell of a game changer though.

Thermos sent me their new connected hydration water bottle which features Smart Lid technology. The color feels fresh and it’s vibrant. Immediately I love this thing. I “set up” my Thermos Smart Lid app, from the App Store and proceeded to take charge of my hydration goals. I found myself taking water on the go with me everywhere. It’s super convenient to take just about anywhere. The app is so easy to use. It offers an estimated suggested water intake goal for informational purposes. My suggested goal is 101 oz. You can also set your own custom goal. Little features, like the weather, and the temperature of your water are nice touches. It’s also interesting to note how long it takes me to hydrate.

The Thermos Connected Hydration Bottle with Smart Lid has set me up for success. Who can be mad at that? I find myself accustomed to drinking more water now, something I’ve always had to force. Outside of the competitive aspect, I just want to have water, I feel different, and my skin looks better. Bonus, this baby links with your Fit Bit as well.
