Taking off my blogger hat and putting on my stylist hat last month I got the opportunity to work with fashion photographer Shamayim and jewelry from Charles Albert. Charles Albert makes unique one-of a -kind fossil, mineral & gemstone jewelry all set in sterling silver. Amazing statement pieces and you’d be surprised at how easy you find yourself incorporating the pieces into looks.
I’m glad I remembered my camera for this shoot and took photos behind the scenes. They’ve been sitting on my desktop for too long now but I’ve had more pressing blog entries take precedence. I feel like I’m forever backlogged with posts. Maybe I’m doing too much, taking too many pictures haha. I can’t stop though. So much to document, so much to do in Miami. I’m addicted to my camera. It is the ultimate security blanket.
I took a ton of photos so it was hard to narrow it down to just these few. Deleted a lot and will be uploading at least 10 to facebook. Above you’ll see me with Beth Albert (happy birthday!) vice president of Charles Albert Jewelry and models Alyssa Arce & Shardea Washington both with Wilhelmina Miami. Final images are always on my styling page.
Remember my visit to Hollen & Jen’s showroom, well the above sheer floral top is one of my vintage finds from that day. Originally I started the day in that top and a Zara maxi skirt but when we moved from in studio shooting to outdoor to catch the sun I had to change into these Alice + Olivia shorts. I was dying in the heat, which is kind of why I have that wet dog look in all the photos above. My vintage necklace also ended up breaking that day…maybe a sign I need to snag a Charles Albert piece.

Love the jewelry, which is kind of surprising since I generally am not a fan of gemstone jewelry! I really like how you styled that necklace with the blue dress ^-^! Looooooooove that look at the bottom with the Filthy Magic mistress booties and the fringe bandeau :3!
