A “fashion blog” where one is constantly in a bikini makes no sense to me, so I thought I’d drop in a fully clothed post before I drop my last Maldives post on ya. These photos were taken on a drive from Los Angeles to San Diego in October. It was my first time visiting the city and it totally charmed me. Yet another Cali town I’ve fallen in love with. I only did two outfit posts (peep the other) in the city as it was a short trip and I spent most of the time hanging out with friends and grabbing daytime and late night eats. I hope to go back again for a longer period of time.
I wish I’d managed to get this post up on what would have been Aaliyah’s birthday since she inspired me to not really give a you know what that my pants were riding low on my hips. Swap out my Saint Laurent kicks for Chanel flats and this is what I wore to the airport to fly out to California. We arrived at LAX, picked up our rental car (a snazzy Ford suv thang), and hit the road. Driving down the Pacific Coast Highway is the bees knees. A must in life.
