Work took me to Phoenix where we set up our booth and fans came to take photos with actors and stuff. I don’t generally take pictures with actors/famous people anymore (I’ve been working in the convention world since I was 17 even running my own for 3-4 years before giving it up) because I think most of them are awful or boring outside of whatever role it is I like them in. Trust me on this. Anyway Stan was one of our many guests on Sunday. I spent not even 5 minutes with him honestly (because I”m a photo editor/printer) and that’s the way I like it. He stood up to take pictures with me, Kristen & Tawny lol.
I’m not wearing any makeup/sleep deprived/should be busy printing not taking pictures with celebrity folk so I look kinda ick and even though I’ll be seeing him at other shows this was my first time meeting him. I mean it’s STAN LEE I couldn’t NOT take a picture with him.
Back to the Ria doesn’t like most famous people thing, that same night I made an effort to be sociable and not be stuck up about going out and hanging out with the actors after the convention and I of course regretted it and ended up I guess being kinda rude (but I didn’t start that shit) and just getting up and leaving with Matt and we just went to dinner on our own. I wanna say so much but it’s not gonna change anything so what’s the point.
Even though you can’t see my outfit really I’m wearing a sweater I seem to have accumulated from styling/shooting. I’m sure it belongs to Jessie or one of the other models we’ve worked with. Muahhaaaa now it’s mine. Anyway I’m wearing it over a Silence & Noise cross strap bralette thing, Alexander McQueen for Target shorts and my Henry Holland suspender stockings. Oh and my staple the Forever 21 hat.
Oh and I got a tripod for my 7D today! Hooray for me. I want to get a remote (preferably wireless) so I don’t have to be all 10 second timer RUN!
