I love Nicki Minaj and have since MySpace and mixtape Nicki. When I got an email to receive a piece from her Nicki Minaj Collection, it was like a check in my imaginary “I made it” checklist. In reality I’m aware it doesn’t mean anything, just a pr girl doing a job. I’m not any closer to Nicki than before I got that email but it still seems like validation. I’m a sunglasses junkie, I have so many pairs I had to buy shelving for them. Recently I’ve grown tired of my collection. I signed up for  to get a fresh rotation of frames in my life. They carry all my favorite designers and for $24 a month it’s perfect for me.
