Mail Time: October Roundup
I love discovering new brands and products and I love getting mail! I’m so lucky as a blogger to be able to receive new products in the mail on a regular basis. After I share these brands on my Instagram stories, I’ll post them here. That way you can always come back to the post later on if you can’t remember the brand from my story. We love evergreen content over here, so let’s get into this blogger mail!
I will be posting these monthly and during the month. If I receive new packages after the post has already gone up I will add them in.
Previous Mail Time Roundup:

Sulwhasoo and AmorePacific Care Package
I’ve got to be honest that I’ve only gotten around to trying the AmorePacific Treatment Cleansing Oil. It’s phenomenal and doesn’t strip away the moisture from my face. If you have dry skin (I have combination), I’d recommend it. I will try to use the other products by next week and report back. I’m out of luck on the Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Intense as the darkest shade available (Dark Beige) doesn’t work for me.
MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Kit
On the heels of all the Fenty Cosmetics hoopla, MAC sent over a package to introduce me to their best selling foundation, MAC Studio Fix. They typically send product and you hope as a person of color that your shade is amongst all the beige tones. They have over 50 shades! They sent a gift card for me to go to the store and get shade matched. This is way less wasteful to me and also more cost effective for them it seems. I’ve been wearing MAC Studio Fix in NC46 (a new shade) ever since. Bonus, we got brushes and primer etc as well. My makeup artist friend is green with envy.
Olay DUO Dual-Sided Body Cleanser
I’m doing a sponsored partnership with Olay on this one so expect a full review to come.
DOLCE VITA VIX Suede Over The Knee Boots
I picked these up on Express.com for full price! They are so worth it, so now that it’s on sale for less than $100 I suggest that you snag them asap. Can’t wait to shoot them for an outfit post.
Warner Bros. The Get Animated Invasion Gift Bag
So this one isn’t exactly a mail time, it’s a gift bag I received from attending an event in New York. From the Milk & Cream Cereal Bar to all the photo ops (will be posting on Instagram shortly) I had the best time. Didn’t expect there to be a gift bag and didn’t expect it to contain something I now can’t do without. The Roku Streaming Stick is my absolute favorite thing I’ve received in a long time. I’ve been team Google Chromecast but having the apps built into my device rather than my phone is where it’s at. They also gave us 1 free year of Boomerang, so I’ve been watching all the old classics. If you don’t have a smart TV or your smart TV’s functionality blows, you should get one of these.
