The Michelin Monday offer is a $60 three-course, prix-fixe menu. It features signature options of fresh organic produce, farm-raised meats, and wild-caught seafood. All skillyfully prepared and presented. Each week’s menu features a different offering which is a great excuse to keep on coming back to Forte Dei Marmi.
I am also dying to visit this rustic space during the day as it’d make an amazing backdrop for photos. You know I cannot resist a bit of greenery and a good white wall. The restaurant combines my favorite aesthetic elements in a very serene barebones way. It’s luxe without doing the absolute most. It’s Italian in a very sophisticated Miami space.
