Whenever I am interviewed, I am always asked what inspires my style and how I put together my outfits. For me, it’s all about power dressing. I dress for my mood sure, but usually I dress to take on the world.
I packed this look to wear for Fashion Week, one of the most important events in the industry where a powerful look is needed to stand out in the crowd.
My Fashion Week Power Outfit: I love this Alexander Wang skirt to death. It’s the first clothing item I’ve ever purchased from him. My first piece of high-end leather clothing. I planned to wear my Stella McCartney heels yet again, but I planned to spend the day visiting my favorite PR showrooms, I switched them out for these Express boots. Not only are they practical, they make me feel like I can do anything and the metal detailing makes me feel pretty cool. Long story short: Always dress for yourself and wear what makes you feel confident and powerful.
