An Iconic Halston Jumpsuit

What can even be said about this Halston jumpsuit. It is exceptional, truly iconic. The art of stunting, a lesson in stunting. The pleated Georgette panels move like magic and fairy dust guide the way. I’m completely entranced by this piece. I knew photos would not be enough, you had to see the way it moved. I made a few video snapchats of just the Georgette panels moving in the wind. So many people reached out to say something because it’s just captivating. Snapchat comes and goes, YouTube may not be a forever kind of thing but the impression lasts a little longer.

The only negative I can see about this Halston jumpsuit is I need to have it hemmed. I’m wearing my tallest Chanel platform heels in these photos and you don’t even begin to see them. Tall girls rejoice, this is the jumpsuit for you. Those have average stature like me, find a tailor. I don’t want this piece to get ruined from dragging on the ground too much. I’ve been there and done that. I like a little drag but not excessive. I like this piece too much to see it blackened.

Oh and by the way, this is one of the first set of photos I did after visiting Amazing Lash Studio in Coral Gables. It’s sort of like a European Wax Center but for lashes. You can sign up for a membership with them and you’re all set for a lash refill every single month. Coral Gables isn’t convenient enough for me to go there regularly, but I love this concept. Instead of $200-$300 for lashes it’s about $60. My eyes look perkier with my lashes done I think. I don’t even need eye makeup most of the time. These were a little stiffer than I’m used to but I loved my lashes while they lasted and I miss them a lot.
