A few weeks ago I was invited to attend Lorie Lester’s fashion show at The Stage in Miami’s Design District. I’d never been so I wasn’t sure what to expect venue wise but I knew I could definitely count on Lorie to deliver cute wearable pieces. Most of my pictures are from backstage. It’s really difficult to take photos at shows held in clubs and venues such as The Stage. There are so many people clamoring to see and getting in your shot with iphones etc. I get very frustrated.
A few of the model’s backstage. Fabulous hair on everyone.
See the dress on the far right, it NEEDS to be mine. The cutouts the trim, it’s perfect. It comes in a nude color as well. For all you shorter girls, Lorie’s boutique is also her studio so if you needed something altered it can be done by her in store.

Also in attendance was Mayleen and Jose an amazing husband & wife team. Jose featured me on his blog The Word in Town! while Mayleen snapped away for Lorie her photos can be found here.
As the show wrapped up I scrambled to switch my camera to video mode in the crowd to catch the final walk. Here it is…it’s quick and it’s dirty but you can get a quick peek at the movement of her beautiful pieces. You can also spy how totally adorable Lorie herself is.
