On Saturday, I was invited to a private Beauty Bungalow at Villa Vecchia estate on Miami Beach. When Erika (my new blog friend) and I arrived we were gifted an iRenew bracelet to promote good energy.Their latest collection of bracelets are really easy to wear. They’re sportier and come in fun stackable colors. I chose grey and baby blue. I still haven’t taken them off. My friend Erika and I put our names on the manicure/pedicure lists and headed inside to the NYX makeup bar. I had the makeup artist apply false lashes. I picked the “Vegas Babe” style. I never realized NYX’s lashes were so affordable. Prepare for me to horde them. I usually wear Shu Uemura lashes but they’re like $20 a pop. No bueno.

We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and sipped on Voga Italia Moscato all day. iRenew also provided us with a healthy bento (boxed) lunch with a veggie wrap, salad, and fruit. We felt really great all day, definitely didn’t want to leave at all. I think I was the only one in a one piece suit. I refuse to wear a bikini again until I can get rid of my pudge belly. Haha. Maria wore a gorgeous swimsuit from designer Shay Todd. We were definitely coveting it. Later that evening we attended the Shay Todd fashion show and fell in love with even more wonderful resort wear.
Maria Menounos (Access Hollywood) was also a guest at the bungalow (obviously) and got a really sick florescent orange color from Essie for her manicure. She was also signing copies of her best seller The Everygirl’s Guide to Life. I can’t wait to start reading it. You guys know I love my readers so of course I told Maria about my blog and she was kind enough to sign a copy for you guys as well! Enter below to win. XtineNYX! Um it’s hard to say. I STILL have it on and I have been in a pretty stable mood. No sadness with my bf out of town, feeling pretty good mostly. It could be a placebo thing but I don’t really think about myself wearing the bracelet. So who knows haha. I’ll send you one, you tell me.
