I don’t know that I can express how much I love this Revolve x SU2C Olcay Gulsen dress. It has an added element of raising money for an amazing cause, icing on top of an already amazing cake. Revolve Clothing in collaboration with Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) created an exclusive 61-piece capsule collection. Revolve will donate 30% of the purchase price of pieces from this collection to SU2C, with a minimum guaranteed donation of $200,000.
This collection available til December 21st, features designs by over 30 brands including Love & Lemons, Lovers + Friends, Mara Hoffman, Parker, Wildfox and more. I picked Olcay Gulsen, a brand I wasn’t familiar with. Intended to be my birthday dress, it POURED down rain the entire weekend so I saved it for Art Basel.
The dress has a 1970s glamour to it, and if you haven’t heard the 70s are back in a big way. I couldn’t wait to wear this dress, and yup it rained ALL during Art Basel as well. 😒 I would not be deterred again. I threw on my new copper trim Adidas Stan Smiths and headed out to brunch. YOU BET I WORE THIS TO BRUNCH. To be fair, I wasn’t sure if I’d be heading straight from brunch to my afternoon event so I needed a look that worked for both.
At brunch I was photographed by Genevieve Garruppo for The Cut / NY Mag‘s Best Street Style of Art Basel. NY Mag featured little old me on their instagram. The dress was so well received by everyone, such a moment for me. I can’t wait to wear it again, of course with the most sickening pair of heels in an incredibly glamorous way.
