The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale invited me to put together a Valentine’s Date look. Given a few select retailers to shop from I may have accidentally gone outside of my given selections. But that’s what happens when you throw me in a mall with way too many good stores to choose from.

 While shopping I documented the excursion via Snapchat and Insta Stories. Thank God the mall has complimentary wifi. I popped into Free People and fell in love with so many pieces but their price points are a bit higher. Went to my old favorite Express, I worked with them for a whole year once so I know I can always count on them. I also went to H&M where I think I loved the most items and their price points. Of course you can always count on H&M to get the most bang for your buck. I shared so many of the pieces I loved along with fitting room selfies and all that good stuff.
I chose my look based on comfort, and some current trends. The embroidered pieces are it right now because of Gucci. You can find embroidery on almost everything at H&M and several other stores throughout The Galleria. Velvet is also a hot ticket item and this little cropped tank is perfect with my skirt. The bomber is outside of the stores I selected to patronize but I couldn’t help myself. Plus it was on sale. How could I resist?
