We’ve all kind of heard the chatter about wearable tech, but I haven’t seen it done quite so luxe. On instagram (you can peep it below) I recently created a look inspired by the MICA (My Intelligent Communication Accessory) bracelet. The bracelet, designed by the always trendsetting Opening Ceremony and engineered by tech giants Intel. It’s what’s inside baby! I couldn’t resist haha, I built my PC with an Intel processor so I’m a fan. I’m still hung up on what’s outside however. The design of this thing; we’re talking black waterskin skin, pearls from China, and lapis stones from Madagascar is just luxurious. The bracelet will be released mid-November…so like just in time for my birthday. I love that it’s cute, most of these wearable tech pieces are very athletic inspired which doesn’t go with my aesthetic generally. Which means when I’m shooting an outfit post, I have to remember to take them off, put them back ono etc. Much like the dreaded hair tie. If I’m wearing the MICA with any of the above pieces on my wishlist or the look I created below, I’m really not going to mind. It just goes.
Welp, summer is officially over, but I’ll be living in summer conditions for a while yet. I hope you all had an epic summer. During Swim Week, Asos invited me to their #EpicSummer party at Soho Beach House. I love a good party at Soho House, the tiki bar events usually have food too which is a double win. While it was death level hot, we cooled off with cider perfect for early day drinking, good eats and laughs. Thank you so much to Asos for not only inviting me; but outfitting me in this lightweight floral jumpsuit.

I recently did an on air special for NBC6 and Alloy and one of the models was styled in this denim skirt. I knew I had to have it for fashion week and I knew exactly how I wanted to wear it. Taking a style cue from my homie (in my head) Rihanna. I paired it with light-colored booties from Alexander Wang to tie into the distressed feel of the skirt. I recently discovered Pandora jewelry. While I knew of their bracelets, I didn’t know they made such bomb rings too. I’m obsessed with these and wear them so much. I want more, more, more.
